Debuting last night during NBC’s “The Voice” and set to air alongside American Idol and the Billboard Music Awards, the “magically delicious” mash-up continues as our team at Endless Noise created a terrific aural and visual experience for, the one and only, Lucky Charms. This first peek is only :15 but there should be plenty more to come so keep your eyes peeled for more Lucky!

Endless Noise had some very talented vocalists/musicians in over the last couple weeks to record a couple covers for YouTube with our engineer Grant Cornish and producer Mary Catherine Finney. First was Scott Hoying of the group Pentatonix who we worked with to record a cover of Red’s “I Should Tell Ya Momma On Ya” which is really cool R&B track performed solo and showcases his incredible range. Scott came back a couple weeks later with Pentatonix beatboxer Kevin Olusola and vocalist Kina Grannis to record a unique arrangement of Ed Sheerhan’s “The A Team.” Both videos were recorded, mixed and filmed in our studio in Santa Monica. We had an amazing time collaborating with these very talented artists and hope to have more collaborations to share with you in the near future!

We recently collaborated with our great friends Pat Giles and Manny Galan of Cartoon Lagoon Studios on their debut for Captain Cornelius Cartoon’s “Cartoon Lagoon.” In their words, here’s what you’re in for:

In this brand new animated/puppet show, you can enjoy some of your favorite cartoons in a whole new way! Join WET WILLY JONES and AXEL RODD McGEE on their undersea quest aboard the MANTA RAY, a cartoon-retrieving vessel commanded by CAPTAIN CORNELIUS CARTOON. Watch as they collect and hilariously comment on some of the classic cartoons in CARTOON LAGOON. Featuring all new adventures, join us as the crew plumbs the depths of CARTOON LAGOON in search of the best and the WORST cartoons ever made. The spirit of the show harkens back to a time when kids would wake up before their parents on a Saturday morning with a big bowl of cereal and watch cartoons because that was the only time they were on.

Endless Noise provided original music score and sound design for The Captain’s “All-Star Revue” portion of the show, which includes 90 minutes of new and classic cartoons, skits, parody commercials and special musical guests The Gregory Brothers. It’s seriously hilarious stuff and we couldn’t be more proud to be a part of their maiden voyage. Just last week, Cartoon Lagoon was given the Amazon Studios Audience Award in the 2012 Independent Pilot Competition at the New York Television Festival (NYTVF). Our contribution to the Samsung Galaxy Note’s “Olympic Drums” spot, starring soccer sensation David Beckham, was featured on SHOOT Magazine’s Top Ten Spot Tracks for Summer 2012 coming in at #7. We’d like to thank our incredible teams at both Tool and Cheil USA who helped us best arrange Beethoven’s Symphony No. 9 in D-minor, known to most as the “Ode to Joy,” with only the use of drums and soccer sounds. A Challenging yet highly amusing task none the less and we are honored to be recognized.
